Instructions

In a large bowl combine butterscotch chips, sugar, corn syrup and peanut
butter. Microwave at HIGH 1-1 1/2 minutes, or til mixture can be stirred
smooth. Stir in cereal.
Press into lightly greased 10x6 inch baking dish. Place chocolate chips
in 2 cup measure or small bowl. Microwave at 50% (medium) 1 1/2-2 minutes
or til chips are glossy and can be stirred smooth. Spread melted chips on
bars.
